Events Calendar

Coronavirus (COVID-19) update: The Arizona Daily Star calendar team is continuing our ongoing efforts to keep the Tucson.com calendar listings accurate even as rapid changes within the community occur. We ask that you contact the venue of any event you are interested in attending to confirm that the event is still proceeding as planned.
Campers will practice four areas of circus arts including ground acrobatics (tumbling, stretching, partner acro, etc.), props (juggling, plate spinning, etc.), balance (tight rope, stilts, rola bola, etc.) and aerial (silks, trapeze, lyra, etc.). The first six weeks are open to beginners and kids of all skill levels, but the last two weeks are advanced camps. The advanced camp (July 13-17 and 20-24) focuses on choreography and performance, and one week includes a show with a mini tour to Flagstaff. Although not required, it is highly recommended that campers attend both weeks of advanced camp. Campers will get a lunch and two snack breaks and must bring their own food. There is no hard registration deadline, but attendance is based on camp capacity.
