This intermediate class focuses on the Part 2 movements of Dr. Paul Lam’s Tai Chi for Arthritis for Fall Prevention Program. Tai Chi for Health is a safe, effective and fun way to improve balance, mental clarity, relieve pain and create an overall feeling of well-being through natural breathing and slow, gentle, meditative body movements. Movements can be adapted for all levels of mobility, including seated. Every Tuesday from 10:15-11:15am. $60 for each 9-week series or $10 per walk-in class.
