Inspired Fitness is hosting a FREE fitness series just steps away from their downtown studio all summer long in Jácome Plaza Downtown! Get a feel for what to expect at Inspired Fitness with this mix of free fitness classes for ALL levels. All classes are one hour long and begin at 7:30am.

June 1st – MixxedFit

June 15th – Yoga

June 29th – Mat Pilates

July 20th – Buti Yoga

August 3rd – Piyo

August 17th – Mat Pilates

Description of classes:

-MixxedFit – a people-inspired fitness program mixing explosive dancing with boot camp toning. Everything about this program can be described as explosive—movements are always big and exaggerated. We dance to our favorite songs on the radio.

-Yoga – A gentle Vinyasa style class that is appropriate for absolute beginners and those who are more experienced. Classes incorporate traditional and modern poses to help explore and discover your mind body connection.

-Mat Pilates – Pilates Mat class uses the principles of Joseph Pilates to strengthen, lengthen and tone the body, using body weight a form of resistance. The focus of work coming from your core to help promote balance, flexibility and alignment of your body.

-Buti Yoga – Buti, in Indian Marathi, means “the cure to something hidden or kept secret.” This practice is a high-intensity fusion of yoga, tribal dance, and plyometrics. Classes combine cardio, strength training and flexibility in one seamless format.

-Piyo – Pilates + Yoga + Nonstop Movement! Piyo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of pilates with the strength and flexibility benefits of yoga. It’s a true fat-burning, music-driven, low-impact workout, and you’ll get incredibly defined.
